It was right here, on an autumn day in 2019.
I sat on this bench, watching the trees bend in the gusty, cool wind, kids chasing each other across the grass and I realised that, for the first time in my adult life, I was completely alone.
That morning my partner, and our two-year-old daughter, had left.
I walked from home to this park hoping irrationally that I might see them here.
Of course, I didn’t. It was just me.
The years that followed were rough. I was broken.
There were nights I wondered how to make the pain stop.
But time, stubborn as it is, kept me moving.
I tried to live again go out, meet people, have fun.
Only I had no real circle anymore, and I wasn’t twenty-one.
I wasn’t just looking for a partner. I was looking for belonging.
So I turned to dating apps. Not one many.
Sites for professionals. Apps that promised quick matches.
Glossy ads, empty feelings.
There was no map. No trusted guide. Even “free” wasn’t really free.
You just paid with time, disappointment, or both.
That’s when I decided to build Loveify.ai.
Loveify.ai isn’t another swipe-left, swipe-right app.
It’s a human-curated compass for connection.
We research platforms for dating, friendship, and community including spaces for the millions of us who are neurodiverse so you can start in the right place.
Every platform is reviewed.
We highlight costs, values, accessibility, demographics, and the small human details that actually matter.
Because when you’re searching for love, for friends, for a community that feels like home, a good starting point can change everything.
This is why Loveify.ai exists: to help you connect your dots to people who feel like your people.
Welcome.
